Starburst Galaxy is a slot game developed by NetEnt, played on a 5-reel layout with 7 paylines. Players can place bets ranging from a minimum of £0.20 to a maximum of £10 per spin. The main objective is to achieve win matches with three or more of the same symbols appearing consecutively in a vertical or horizontal line, anywhere on the reels without gaps. Wild Symbols

Wilds substitute for all symbols except the Scatter. They can also create winning lines with other symbols where possible. When three, four or five Wilds form a straight line, or, during expanded play areas, up to seven Wilds appear in a row without forming combinations with other symbols, the Wild substitution pays the maximum win possible for that combination, as detailed in the Paytable.

Galaxy Star Feature and Galaxy Meter

The Galaxy Star feature activates once the fifth feature from the Feature Generator is awarded. The reel area increases to a 7x7 grid, and a 3x3 Wild symbol is randomly placed on positions not already occupied by Scatters. Once wins are calculated, all winning symbols disappear. Then, between four and eight regular Wild symbols appear on the reels. Should there be no wins, all remaining features in the Feature Generator activate.

The Galaxy Meter comes into play when a 3x3 Wild is present. Each successful win combination increases the Galaxy Meter. When the meter reaches 50, the Galaxy Star feature is triggered, provided there are no more wins on the reels. After activation, the Galaxy Meter resets and continues to count towards the next feature activation. Both the Feature Generator and Galaxy Meter start at zero with each new spin.

Mega Star Feature and Multiplier Collect Meter

The Mega Star feature is awarded when three Scatter symbols appear during a single spin. This feature becomes active after all Avalanches if no further wins occur, and a 2x2 Wild symbol is randomly placed on the reels. After the wins are processed, all winning symbols vanish, and between two and five regular Wild symbols are added to the reels during the next Avalanche. The Mega Star feature is always activated before any other unopened Feature Generator features.

While the Mega Star feature is underway, Scatter symbols may include multipliers (options are x2, x3, x5, x10, and x25). These are tracked by the Multiplier Collect Meter, which accumulates multiplier values and applies them to all winnings for the remainder of the game round.
