Animal Instinct™ is a five-reel slot game played across 40 fixed paylines. The main aim is to line up winning symbol combinations on these paylines by spinning the reels. Only the highest win on each payline is paid, but wins on different paylines are totalled. Special Symbols and Game Features

Wild Symbol

The symbol marked ‘WILD’ serves as the wild symbol, substituting for all symbols except for the scatter and Power Collect symbols.

Scatter Symbol

The scatter symbol displays a tribesman’s face. When this symbol appears simultaneously on reels 1, 3 and 5, it activates either one of four Animal Free Games or the Leopard Bonus feature.

Power Collect Symbol and Collect Feature

The Power Collect symbol, which is a circle divided into five coloured segments, can land on reels 2, 3 or 4. One or more Power Collect symbols on these reels will trigger the Collect feature. When activated, the Power Collect symbol lights up in one of five possible colours, collecting every instance of that colour’s associated animal symbol from the reels. The corresponding animal symbols are removed, the reel position collapses, and the relevant meter is filled. After this process, the Power Collect symbol transforms into a wild, and a payout is awarded.

Bonus Features

Animal Free Games and Leopard Bonus

When three scatter symbols land on reels 1, 3 and 5, one of four unique Animal Free Games or the Leopard Bonus feature is awarded. The chosen bonus depends on which animal meter is most filled at the trigger moment; if meters are equally filled, full, or empty, the feature is selected at random. The features include:

  • Lion Free Games (Gold Meter): On each spin, a random animal symbol is transformed into a wild.
  • Elephant Free Games (Red Meter): Over 10 spins, a row of multipliers appears above the reels. The rightmost multiplier multiplies all wins achieved with Power Collect symbols. Multiplier values range from 2x up to 25x. When a multiplier is used for a win, it is removed, the rest shift right, and a new value appears on the left. Multipliers are also removed if a non-visible animal symbol is collected.
  • Rhino Free Games (Pink Meter): For 10 spins, all Power Collect symbols appear double-stacked on the reels during this mode.
  • Buffalo Free Games (Blue Meter): On the first spin, 55 stacked wilds are added to reel 2; on the second spin, 40 stacked wilds are added to reel 3; and on the fourth spin, 65 stacked wilds are added to reel 4. These wilds remain on the reels until the conclusion of the feature.
  • Leopard Bonus (Green Meter): Three scatter symbols appear on the reels. The scatter on the left reveals a cash prize and the one on the right displays a win multiplier (up to 5x). The total is multiplied by the total bet before being awarded.

Return to Player
